Media representatives are requested to make their hotel reservations directly with the hotels at which they intend to stay. Rooms have been reserved by the presidency in selected hotels with good transport links to the Congress and Press Centre.
As we are aware that you want to be in the vicinity of the ministers most of the time, we will make sure that you are accommodated in the same city (mostly Ljubljana and Bled).
Since Ljubljana or Bled are not the largest cities in Europe, media representatives are advised to make their reservations in good time before the meeting they intend to cover.
A detailed map of media shuttle lines from the selected hotels to the Congress and Press Centre will be available prior to each event.
