The meeting of the Bureau of the Committee of Regions is expected to adopt political priorities and work programme of the Committee of Regions for the 2008-2010 mandate and to approve a resolution on the inclusion of regional and local authorities in national programmes for achieving the Lisbon Strategy objectives, as well as dealing with specific items within the scope of the regular work of the Committee of Regions, which will be confirmed by mid-December 2007.
