A two-day conference will be organized in the frame of »EU Sustainable Energy Week« prepared by the European Commision. The event aims to become the key annual reference point for sustainable energy issues in Europe. In this context Slovenia as the EU Presidency country wishes to highlight the importance of cooperation among different actors to attain common goals in relation to the security of supply, functioning energy markets and technology development. Main topics of discussion at the Presidency Event will cover the Strategic Energy Technology Plan and energy cooperation with South East Europe.
