Creating a living lab environment for research, developing and introducing innovative e-solutions and e-services; fostering long-term e-cooperation with the most developed countries by promoting living lab projects; cooperating in the development of a Central European cross-border e-region and linking up to other e-regions (Nordic States, Scandinavian countries, West Balkan countries, South-East European countries); focusing national research and development potential on designing comprehensive project proposals for e-solutions and e-services; cooperation between universities and other research institutions in providing IT and communication technology in the framework of technological platforms and networks as important economic activities and generating general economic development; from focused experimental solutions obtaining results that can be applied in practice, which will enable the establishment of new businesses with high domestic and export value added; gaining political support, where government help is required, to implement tasks undertaken within this initiative.
