The Slovenian Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Food, Iztok Jarc, in his capacity as President of the EU Agriculture and Fisheries Council, will present the achievements of the Slovenian EU Council Presidency in that area to the European Parliaments Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development, covering the key dossiers in the area of agriculture, forestry, fisheries, veterinary and plant protection issues on which the Council adopted measures or made substantial progress in the first half of 2008.
