The aim is to continue and conclude work in all subject areas (5QC, the common assessment framework for quality - CAF, customer satisfaction management, etc.), particularly in light of the preparations for the 5th Quality Conference, and to define the final activities and provide reports on the evaluation of value added and the comparative analysis of quality management in public administrations in the EU. Participants will be representatives of EU Member States and observers, European Commission, European Institute of Public Administration (EIPA) and the EFQM organisation.
