The Fourth “Bridging the Gap” Conference, titled “Responding to changes in the environment – from words to action” will take place in Portorož and will be organised by the Agency of the Republic of Slovenia for the Environment. The aim of the conference is to bridge the gaps related to the flow of information, knowledge and understanding of processes with the purpose of improving the responsiveness, economy and policy of management of the environment. The main topics of the conference will be: collection and processing of information, energy and the environment, sustainable consumption and production, adaptation to climate change, and biodiversity and the ecosystem.
