During the GAERC meeting in Brussels on 11 March 2008, the 12th EU-Ukraine Cooperation Council meeting will be organised. The talks will be centred on relations between the EU and Ukraine, particularly the new extended agreement – its current situation and outlook, and the implementation of the EU-Ukraine ENP Action Plan.

At this event, the EU Council Presidency will be represented by Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel. The EU High Representative for Common Foreign and Security Policy, Javier Solana, and the European Commissioner for External Relations and European Neighbourhood Policy, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, will also participate in the meeting. The Ukrainian delegation will be headed by Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko.
