The Slovenian Presidency wishes to express its deepest sympathy following the news of a yet undisclosed number of casualties and over 150 wounded, including civilians, in an explosion in a military depot near Tirana, Albania earlier today. The Presidency wishes to offer its sincere condolences to the Albanian authorities and to the families of the deceased.
Slovenian civil protection and disaster relief administration is in close contact with Commission and relevant Albanian authorities.
